Binder SF – 45 is self – crosslinking, acrylic copolymer emulsion designed specially for textile.. Binder SF – 45 is very excellent flocking binder and can be use also pigment printing, flocking, padding, dyeing, non – woven, carpet back sizing.

Binder SF – 45 is alkali swell able type emulsion, if add NH4OH adjust to pH = 7, it becomes very high viscosity until 1000.000 cps or more.

Appearance                       : Milky white emulsion

pH                                          : 2 – 3

Solid content                     : 45% ± 0.5%

Viscosity at 27°C               : 75 cps – 200 cps

Ionicity                                                 : Nonionic

Solubility                              : Miscible with cool water in all proportion

Stability                                : Stable on long term at room temperature

PROPERTIES :

1. Binder SF – 45 is self crosslinking acrylic copolymer emulsion and has very excellent properties for textile flocking, pigmen printing binder.
2. Binder SF – 45 is very stable for chemically and it gives clear transparent film.
3. Elasticity and tensile strength is very good.
4. Binder SF – 45 has a good light – resistance, heat – resistance and water – resistance.
5. Binder SF – 45 can be increased viscosity when addition with ammonia, so it needs very carefully control pH value.

1. Textile Flocking.
2. Pigment Printing.
3. Non – woven.
4. Carpet back sizing.
